Rogers Associates is also a full-service contract manufacturer providing turnkey manufacturing services as well as small and large scale machining, CNC lathes, CNC machining centers, large CNC boring mills, fabrication, welding and painting services.

With significant material handling capabilities including cranes up to 10 tons, Rogers Associates can accommodate any size project from small-scale components to large-scale machinery.

Quadrant Coater

Ransohoff's new patented QC (Quadrant Coater) provides exceptional coverage and close tolerance finishes for small and batch coating parts. A great feature of the QC machine is its ability to coat the smallest and most intricate shaped components especially those within the Aerospace and Automotive industries.

This fully automatic coating machine ensures consistent and repeatable quality finishes through its patented belt loop system. The QC can be programmed to perform a uniform coating cycle to all surfaces of even the most complex shaped components while providing a consistent quality finish with a very high percentage of material utilization.
