Waste Wizard Systems

Ransohoff's WasteWizard® system is a compact, fully-integrated system for point-of-use recycling. The system comes complete with its own fluid transfer system that automatically exchanges the dirty cleaner from the washer with recycled cleaner. The WasteWizard® system sits on a standard 55 gallon (200 L) drum or optional 100 gallon (380 L) tank for convenient waste disposal once the oil and solids have been concentrated to a high level.

The WasteWizard® system when used in conjunction with our Evercycle line of recyclable chemistries has the ability to fully recycle the cleaning chemistry saving thousands of dollars in chemical usage, labor, waste processing and hauling. In addition, the WasteWizard® system will improve cleaning quality and consistency that typically go off-spec as oil and contaminants build up in the solution tank.

The patent pending PRO-SEP Ultra unit is a fully integrated, point of use aqueous parts washer recycling system that's designed to significantly extend cleaning solution life and greatly minimize solution haul-away and maintenance expense while ensuring optimal performance in part cleanliness quality and consistency.

The PRO-SEP Ultra has a highly effective free oil control and removal capability and an optimally integrated disk type ultra-filtration membrane for emulsified oil and fine particulate removal. Also, included is an in-line reverse osmosis (RO) membrane which provides R/O quality water for make-up to the parts cleaning system which further enhances this process. This unique combination of free oil control, emulsified oil/fine particulate removal and R/O water treatment affords significant cost savings in the operation of your parts washer in chemicals, waste removal, labor and energy, while providing improved quality and more consistent part cleanliness results.
